Michael C. Graisbery
Michael Graisbery started ECI nineteen years ago and has thirty years of experience in the sales, management and operations of asbestos abatement, lead based paint abatement, mold remediation, indoor air quality remediation, commercial structural and selective demolition industries. He has extensive experience in account development, client negotiations, estimating, project management, operational functions and office administration. Mr. Graisbery is experienced in the private, public, and government sectors of the environmental and demolition industries.
As ECI's President, Michael manages the day-to-day operations as well as developing and executing the company's strategic plan. He establishes the company's corporate objectives and concentrates on managing and growing the business. He maintains an active role in servicing ECI's premiere clients and oversees business development.
Vice-President Georgia Division
Born in Islip, New York, Robin moved to the Central Florida area with her family at the age of 16, where she resided until she relocated to Georgia in 2020 to open the Georgia Division of ECI. She holds over 19 years of construction experience with a combination of legal experience spanning of over 8 years. Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida as well as an Associate in Arts Degree and Associate in Science Degree, also in Legal Studies, from Seminole State College. Since 2005, Robin is also a Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector with the Department of Environmental Protection. Robin started her construction career in 2001 with Nationwide Construction and successfully project managed fast-track construction projects simultaneously throughout multiple different states across the country. Joining SA Casey Construction as a project manager in 2014 she was promoted to Director of Operations in 2016 due to her ability to manage multiple project, delivering them on-time, and under budget. She was fully responsible for meeting all the legal aspects, long-term goals and day-to-day operations of the firm. She joined our team in 2020 as Vice President of the Georgia Division to meet our ever-changing expansion demands.
Robin recently participated in a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity and participated in an all-female home build to benefit a family to where she lifted house trusses using conventional methods and no lifts.
Sr. Project Manager
Dave Koopman has over twenty-eight (28) years of experience in the management of asbestos abatement, selective demolition, lead-based paint abatement, mold remediation, and indoor air quality remediation projects in both the public and private sectors. As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Koopman is responsible for overall performance and financial success of each project. Responsibilities include facilitation of bid solicitations, estimating, contract administration, contract negotiations, project planning, cost management and quality control. Additionally, Mr. Koopman is responsible for client relations and account development.
Before joining ECI, Mr. Koopman served as both Senior Project Manager and Project Manager for several national environmental consulting, abatement and demolition companies, specializing in abatement and demolition services, ICRA infection control procedures, and site assessments/decommissioning. Mr. Koopman also served as Department Manager of Industrial Hygiene for a local environmental consulting/engineering company, where he was responsible for department profitability, chargeability, staffing, proposals, project specifications, and document review. Mr. Koopman also served as an environmental consultant on several EPA contracts, facilitating the environmental clean-up efforts in New York City, following the September 11th (i.e., 911) Twin Towers destruction.
Mr. Koopman has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication/Environmental Technology and an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering/Construction Management. Mr. Koopman maintains certification as an EPA/AHERA Asbestos Abatement Contractor/Supervisor, with former EPA/AHERA certifications such as Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Project Designer, Asbestos Management Planner, and Asbestos Worker/Handler; as well as New York City Department of Environmental Protection Asbestos Investigator; and EPA/HUD Model Lead Inspector and Risk Assessor.
Jeremy Flynn joined Environmental Construction in 2015. He started as a laborer, operator, and a concrete cutter, and is now working as a project manager, and estimator. His duties at Environmental Construction include handling bids from other clients, budgeting, contract negotiations, and monitoring the status of project sites in order to efficiently complete his tasks.
Before joing Environmental Construction, he worked in the Marine Corps for four years and was deployed in Afghanistan. Some projects that he oversaw include the Tampa International Airport, and the Raymond James Stadium
Cameron has served Environmental Construction, in multiple capacities since 2007. He has labored in the field, managed operations and ultimately earned a role as an officer of the company. Cameron has committed to being adept in each role, learning and adapting quickly; thus resulting in a thorough understanding of all aspects of our operations. After earning a Master’s Degree in Education from USF, Cameron took a couple years off to teach Middle School History in Palm Beach County. Cameron returned to ECI in 2016 to assist in the management of the rapidly growing company.
As Vice President, Cameron oversees the day-to-day operations of both the Florida and Georgia offices. In addition, Cameron continues to maintain his client base and oversees the management of the projects he is awarded.
Environmental Construction welcomed Jodi to our team in 2020. Throughout her professional career she has primarily focused on accounting and project management. This focus has allowed her to learn, grow, adapt, and thrive in many different capacities. Jodi has an extensive background in customer service, administrative procedures and management.
She has cultivated a lasting relationship with a large customer base and maintains an excellent reputation for efficiency, organization and innovation. Jodi has the drive and ambition to excel as our Accounting Manager and is a valuable asset to our organization.

Robert Gruver joined Environmental Construction in 2019, he has spent the last 25 years as a Project Manager. At Environmental Construction Rob is responsible for bids, budgets, contract negotiations, overseeing jobsite management as well as day to day correspondence with clients, superintendents and employees.
Rob has extensive background in the construction / demolition industry. His portfolio ranges from healthcare facilities, restaurants, retail establishments, government improvement projects, asbestos abatement, multifamily residential complexes and commercial development projects. Rob delivers a vast knowledge of a variety of construction scenarios and requirements, expert attention to detail and can balance the needs and costs of the various projects he oversees. Rob goes above and beyond for his customers as his primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service. Rob is a valuable addition to our team and we look forward to growing together.
