Michael C. Graisbery

President

     Michael Graisbery started ECI nineteen years ago and has thirty years of experience in the sales, management and operations of asbestos abatement, lead based paint abatement, mold remediation, indoor air quality remediation, commercial structural and selective demolition industries. He has extensive experience in account development, client negotiations, estimating, project management, operational functions and office administration.  Mr. Graisbery is experienced in the private, public, and government sectors of the environmental and demolition industries.

 

     As ECI's President, Michael manages the day-to-day operations as well as developing and executing the company's strategic plan. He establishes the company's corporate objectives and concentrates on managing and growing the business.  He maintains an active role in servicing ECI's premiere clients and  oversees business development.

Cameron Graisbery

Executive Vice-President

     Cameron has served Environmental Construction, in multiple capacities since 2007. He has labored in the field, managed operations and ultimately earned a role as an officer of the company. Cameron has committed to being adept in each role, learning and adapting quickly; thus resulting in a thorough understanding of all aspects of our operations.  After earning a Master’s Degree in Education from USF, Cameron took a couple years off to teach Middle School History in Palm Beach County. Cameron returned to ECI in 2016 to assist in the management of the rapidly growing company.

    

     As Vice President, Cameron oversees the day-to-day operations the Florida office.  In addition, Cameron continues to maintain his client base and oversees the management of the projects he is awarded.

Logio Pizano

Operations Manager

     Logio holds Over twenty-five  years of experience in the asbestos abatement, lead based paint abatement, indoor air quality remediation and commercial demolition industries.  He has been with the company since day one and takes pride in his work.

 

     Logio has extensive experience in project supervision, project coordination and environmental compliance.  Logio has previously supervised environmental and demolition projects in all facets of industrial and commercial sites throughout the Southeast and New York. Logio is directly involved in many of the company’s environmental and selective demolition projects in an operations/project oversight role and oversees all of the field personnel.

Brandon Harrison

Project Manager / Estimator

    Brandon grew up the son of a USAF Special Ops Military Officer.  Brandon moved to Tampa at the age of 2 when his father was transferred to MacDill AFB. Brandon has always been active in sports and various clubs throughout his life and attended Sickles High School and graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science in 2016.

 

     Over the next 10 years, Brandon found himself passionate about construction.  He joined ECI in 2021 taking on the role as Estimator and Project Manager where he is responsible for submitting accurate and timely estimates, and following those projects from mobilization and all the way until completion. Brandon’s passions include volunteer work. Some of the volunteer programs that Brandon supports are USMC Toys for Tots, Tampa Bay Parks and Recreation “Make a Difference” which has donated over 1,500 backpacks to children in need. Brandon is also a Tampa Bay Buccaneers Season Ticket Holder.

Pam Kohler

Controller

    Pam was born and raised in Anoka Minnesota which is also known as the Halloween Capital of the World, to which is also her favorite Holiday. There she attended Metropolitan State University to earn her BS in Accounting. Pam joined the workforce shortly thereafter, and on her very first job, was responsible for financial oversight on a joint venture project between East Bank Riverfront Partners and Japanese construction company Kajima Corp. This was a 120 million dollar upscale mixed use project on the banks of the Mississippi River. She saw the project through until completion, and upon such, and after realizing how much she enjoyed the construction industry, she then took on the role as controller for two large subcontractors in the area.

Mike Downing

Project Manager / Estimator

     Mike moved relocated to Tampa Bay in February of 2021 looking to expand his experience in the construction field. Mike is a recent graduate from Keene State College with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. He has gained experience in the field in regards to construction management and estimating over the past 6 years.

 

     Mike’s range of work has consisted of estimating/managing smaller residential projects in New England to high rise condominiums in downtown Tampa. Mike is part of the National Society of Leadership and Success and Northeast Sustainable Energy Association. He continues to learn the construction industry as a graduate student at Southern New Hampshire University studying construction management.  Mike joined ECI in 2021 and will take on the roll as estimator and project manager. He is also an avid sports fan and feels that his passion for the construction industry drives him to learn more every day.”
